Responsible for user experience strategy, ensuring complex medical information is presented in accessible, learner-friendly formats. Drawing on IQA certification and vocational training experience, I help structure content for diverse audiences, from patients understanding new prescriptions to carers supporting loved ones. The platform aggregates data from trusted NHS and regulatory sources: over 50,000 medicines, 11,000+ pharmacy locations, patient information leaflets, and real-time shortage alerts. Built with a privacy-first philosophy (no cookies, no tracking) because health information is deeply personal.
