Training

Delivering apprenticeships at levels 1-6, within construction, management and support services skills. From labourers to site managers, I strive to provide my clients with the best skills and knowledge to maximise their chances of success both in the exam room and the workfield.

Assessment

Delivery of Construction and Management training courses with ongoing assessment; training with in-service training events and mentorship of current construction and management workers seeking to gain promotion and improve their skills.

IQA

Internal Quality Assurance seeks to ensure that assessment activities have been conducted in a consistent, safe and fair manner. IQA monitors the whole process from when a learner commences to when they finish. It can also take place prior to the learner commencing i.e. monitoring the application and interview process, to after they have left i.e. following up on progression.

EQA

External Quality Assurance is the process of ensuring that assessment and IQA activities have been conducted in a consistent, safe and fair manner. External Quality Assurance is carried out by the Quality Assurer of the Awarding Body.
